Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 business days for it to be processed. After that, it will take 12-20 business days for delivery in the United Kingdom and United States, and 18-30 business days for orders in the rest of the World.
Once your order has been processed, the tracking Number usually takes 5-7 business days to be generated and emailed to you. Please note once you get the tracking number, the post office takes about 5 business days to activate the tracking. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 business days and/or the tracking status is "not available" within 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly contact us here and include your order number.
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are unable to offer any expedited options.
To use your tracking number, simply click here or access our website at www.zestyclub.com and then on bottom left of the website, click on 'Track your Order'. Once the page is loaded, type your tracking number and you can have access to live updates on the shipping and delivery of your order.
Please note that we take up to 7 business days to provide you with your tracking number and once you get your number, the post office takes 5 business days to activate the tracking. If you find any issues with your tracking number, please contact us here.
In the event you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Usually, we are able to cancel or modify your order within 12 hour upon confirmation of order but we cannot guarantee this at all times.
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the different international warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible!
If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 40 days from placing your order by clicking here. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Please remember that we are only able to offer you a refund if the item received was in bad condition. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Once you return your item your original payment method will be refunded within 5 business days.
